- To manage operational records connected to quotes, bookings, and payments
How it is stored
- Guest and booking data is stored securely in Supabase
- Data is used only for operating Adilo Villa and supporting the booking experience
- Guest data is never sold
- Guest data is never shared with third parties except where necessary to operate the service
Payment data
- Payment data is processed by PayFast
- Adilo Villa never stores card details on its own servers or in its own database
- Only payment status, booking references, and operational reconciliation details are retained
Guest rights
- Guests may request deletion of their personal booking data by emailing bookings@adilovilla.com
- Guests may also contact Adilo Villa to ask what booking-related information is currently held
Cookie usage
- Cookie usage is minimal
- Session cookies are used for admin login only
- Public visitors can browse the site without complex cookie-driven account flows
