This page outlines Adilo Villa's refund policy, booking terms, house rules, and privacy commitments so guests know exactly what to expect before they confirm a stay.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 7 days before check-in: full refund
  • Between 2 and 7 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • Less than 2 days before check-in: no refund
  • Deposits are refundable only within the above windows
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Booking & Payment Terms

  • Bookings more than 30 days in advance: 50% deposit required to confirm
  • Bookings within 30 days: full payment required
  • Payments processed securely via PayFast
  • All prices in South African Rand (ZAR)
  • Adilo Villa reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide a full refund in such cases

House Rules

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM
  • Strictly no smoking on any Adilo Villa property
  • No pets allowed unless explicitly confirmed by the host
  • Maximum guest numbers must not be exceeded
  • Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay

Privacy Policy

  • We collect name, email, phone number, and payment information solely for booking purposes
  • Guest data is never sold or shared with third parties
  • Payments are processed by PayFast — we do not store card details
  • Guest data is stored securely in our database and accessible only to Adilo Villa management
